How a Custom Piece Comes Together
Every Coldest Custom piece is made to order, start to finish. Here's what to expect from idea to delivery.
1. Send Your Idea
Send a reference image, logo, or concept through our contact page or Instagram DM. Let us know the piece type — rug, wall art, table, or something fully custom — and any sizing or color preferences.
2. Get a Quote
We'll confirm size, materials, and price, and give you an estimated timeline before anything goes into production.
3. Lock In Your Spot — 50% Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your place in the production queue and starts the build.
4. Hand-Built, 7–14 Days
Depending on the piece, your order is hand-tufted, epoxy-poured, or hand-built using the same process for every Coldest Custom piece — no shortcuts, no templates. Most orders are complete in 7–14 days.
5. Final Payment & Shipping
Once your piece is complete, the remaining balance is due before it ships. We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
