Coldest Custom — Shipping Policy

Made-to-order items
Custom rugs, wall art, mirrors, wood art, and skateboards are hand-tufted and built to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks before your piece ships. This timeline starts once your order and any custom design details are confirmed — not the day you place the order, if revisions are still being finalized.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your piece leaves our shop.

In-stock items
Any ready-made or in-stock items ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you don't see it, check spam or reach out and we'll resend it.

Delays
Because every custom piece is handmade, occasional delays can happen during high-demand periods (holidays, large batch orders). If your order is running behind the 2–3 week window, we'll notify you directly rather than leave you guessing.
