Coldest Custom — Return & Refund Policy

All pieces from Coldest Custom are handmade to order. Because of this, we have a few important policies to be aware of before you buy.

Custom orders — final sale
Custom rugs, wall art, mirrors, wood art, and skateboards are made specifically for you based on your size, colorway, and design choices. Because these pieces can't be resold, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once production has started.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a custom order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your piece enters production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll work with you on a repair, replacement, or store credit — this policy exists for genuine defects, not general dissatisfaction with a custom design choice you selected.
